Edoardo Di Porto is an applied economist, Associate Professor - University of Naples Federico II Department of Economics and Statistics (DISES). He is currently on leave and I work as Public Manager at INPS-Direzione Centrale Studi e Ricerche. Among his duties, he manages the VisitINPS scholars project He is also affiliated to UCFS, Uppsala University, Uppsala Sweden. His research is focused on Public Economics, Urban Economics and Applied Econometrics. He has worked on Local Public Finance, Tax compliance, Tax incidence, Optimal Auditing Strategies and Economics of Migration, He is currently working on Sickness Leave Monitoring, The long-lasting effects of WWII on health and labour market, the relation between alternative work arrangements and shadow economy.
